The working principle of MVR wastewater
evaporator is mainly composed of steam compressor, separator, crystallizer, auxiliary equipment, etc. Through a series of specific procedures, the secondary steam is reused to achieve its function of recovering energy, thereby reducing the concentration of water in the wastewater. Specifically, the workflow of the MVR wastewater evaporator is as follows:
After the wastewater enters the evaporator, due to the presence of steam inside, the water on the surface is heated and evaporated, becoming gaseous water molecules.
2. These gaseous water molecules will carry away some heat with the flow of steam. At this point, the steam compressor will compress these vapors, causing their temperature and pressure to rise and become superheated steam.
3. Then these superheated steam will be sent to the separator, where as moisture and impurities are separated, the steam will be sent back to the top of the evaporator and re sprayed into the water for heating.
In addition, for wastewater with high salt content, the MVR wastewater evaporator is also equipped with a crystallization system, which can recover and reuse the concentrated salt. The entire system can achieve fully automatic operation, energy-saving, efficient, stable and reliable.
