There are three common treatment methods in the wastewater
evaporator industry: electrolysis, biological method, and evaporation method.
1. Electrolysis method. The electrolysis method utilizes the electrochemical properties of metal ions in electroplating wastewater. Pollutants can undergo oxidation and reduction at the anode and cathode poles, respectively, to produce harmless substances or insoluble precipitates that can be removed. This electroplating
Wastewater treatment method has low requirements for wastewater diversion and does not require wastewater diversion.
2. Biological methods rely on artificially cultivated functional bacteria, utilizing the electrostatic adsorption of microorganisms for catalytic conversion and flocculation. This method has good effluent quality and can recover useful substances.
3. Evaporation concentration method. Evaporation concentration method is a treatment method that uses an evaporator to treat wastewater for liquid concentration and reuse. It is mostly suitable for wastewater containing high concentrations of heavy metals. The evaporation concentration treatment method can effectively recover heavy metals from wastewater, with relatively low energy consumption, simple and mature technology, and can effectively achieve the recycling and utilization of wastewater.
