Improvement method of boiling dryer

     The Boiling Dryer achieves dust removal by shaking the capture bag through the reciprocating motion of the cylinder. The bag is made of anti-static and fiber free fabric, and the capture bag is lifted as a whole. The filter bag is connected using clamps, and the suspension bars are made of rigid materials that are not easily deformed, effectively       extending the service life of the dust collection and removal device and reducing maintenance. Boiling dryer is a type of air convection drying equipment in form, but it still has high energy consumption and insufficient equipment sealing. Measures can be taken to achieve good energy-saving effects. (1) Strengthen the sealing effect of the equipment. The original hopper of the boiling dryer was connected to the equipment body with a flat flange, but the sealing effect was poor. By using a concave convex flange connection, the sealing between the hopper and the equipment body has been improved; (3) Add insulation measures. Add insulation layer to the shell of the heat exchanger, increasing the thickness of the insulation layer from 60mm to 150mm, greatly reducing heat loss.
