The entire heating system of the wastewater
evaporator has the main characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time due to uniform steam heating and liquid film flow evaporation of the feed liquid. If the hot press pump is further configured, it will have the advantages of energy saving and consumption reduction, low steam consumption, and low cooling water circulation. Due to the film like evaporation of materials in each tube, the heating time of the liquid is very short, which is particularly advantageous for food evaporation and concentration, and greatly preserves the nutritional content of the food. The evaporation process of the evaporator, under the action of vacuum, not only ensures the hygiene requirements of the material, but also meets environmental protection requirements, while greatly reducing the evaporation temperature. In addition, with the configuration of a hot press pump, some of the secondary steam is re sucked into the hot press pump and mixed with the raw steam, which saves the raw steam. At the same time, due to the steam passing through the hot press pump entering the heating shell in the form of spray mist, the steam quickly diffuses and the material liquid is heated gently, making it suitable for the concentration of heat sensitive materials. Under the condition that the temperature of the steam is the same as that of the final condenser (i.e. the total temperature difference is the same), when single effect evaporation is changed to multi effect evaporation, the number of evaporator effects increases and the amount of steam used decreases. However, the total evaporation not only does not increase, but also decreases due to the increase in temperature difference loss. Multi effect evaporation saves energy consumption, but reduces the production intensity of equipment, thus increasing equipment investment.
