The airflow distribution plate in the Boiling Dryer has two functions: one is to support the material layer, and the other is to make the gas distribution uniform. The size, shape, distribution pattern, and porosity of the openings in the distribution plate have a crucial impact on the distribution of fluids. Uneven gas distribution can cause "circulation" in the bed, which tends to be extreme and can lead to "channeling" in some parts of the bed, while the rest is a dead bed. At this time, most of the gas short circuits through certain channels in the bed in the form of "channeling" and leaves, greatly deteriorating gas-solid contact. This should be avoided. Vertical perforated plates or mat shaped mesh plates are often used, which can easily lead to uneven fluidization or dead corners during the fluidization process of materials, and cannot ensure the uniformity of granular products. At the same time, a single perforation form cannot meet the production process requirements of different drugs.
