How to Improve the Evaporation Efficiency of Wastewater Evaporators
We know that the evaporation process of the wastewater
evaporator mainly takes into account the liquid discharge temperature. During use, it is necessary to ensure that the concentrated liquid does not precipitate crystals. The raw liquid in the equipment needs to be preheated through the heater before entering the effective evaporation chamber, and then the preheated part and the evaporated part are separated.
This way, all the tubes in the wastewater evaporator can be fully utilized for evaporation, which can effectively enhance its evaporation efficiency. The raw liquid in the equipment needs to be preheated in stages, and then the latent heat of the low-temperature steam should be fully utilized to improve its thermal efficiency.
If the condensate water in the heating chamber enters its shell side, some steam will flash off. The waste water evaporator fully utilizes the sensible heat of the high-temperature condensate water to reduce the consumption of raw steam. The evaporator in the equipment adopts low-temperature heating, which can continuously increase the extraction coefficient of the heat pump. Thus, the steam consumption of the entire set of equipment can reach 0.45 tons of steam per ton of water.
During the normal operation of the wastewater evaporator, the system only uses electricity. The energy consumption for evaporating each ton of water can reach 100KW per hour. The main operating cost is half of the equipment cost. The wastewater evaporator is an energy-saving device in today's society, and it is generally single-effect evaporation.
During single-effect evaporation operation, the temperature difference for heating is relatively small, and the residence time of the equipment is also relatively short. It is very suitable for use in heat-sensitive materials. The entire equipment structure is very compact and occupies a relatively small area. The equipment can be automatically controlled and operated through its PLC, and can run continuously and stably for a long time.
Wastewater evaporators are generally mechanical evaporators. The products are mainly applied to steam compressors. Such equipment mainly increases the temperature and pressure of water vapor through mechanical compression. Then, different types of evaporative compressors are selected according to the compression requirements and air volume requirements. The speed of the equipment is regulated by a frequency converter.
