  Vacuum dryers often encounter problems of low or high vacuum degree during the drying process, which not only affects the efficiency and quality of material drying, but also affects the production safety of the workshop. Although a higher vacuum degree is more conducive to the vaporization of water at low temperatures, a high vacuum degree is not conducive to heat conduction and affects the drying effect of the material.

  There may be four possible reasons for low or high vacuum: (1) mechanical seal leakage at the vacuum end; (2) Leakage or blockage of vacuum pipelines; (3) Filter blockage; (4) Due to the low temperature of hot water or steam, the material solvent is difficult to evaporate. To solve such problems, it is necessary to consider the temperature of the hot water and steam in the dryer, and conduct regular inspections during use, as well as maintenance, cleaning, etc.
