Heating method
Dual heating of jacket and hollow mixing shaft: The
vacuum rake dryer adopts a dual heating system of jacket and hollow mixing shaft to transfer heat. The jacket layer is arranged on the outer wall of the cylinder, while the hollow stirring shaft synchronously conducts heat. This design greatly increases the heat transfer area and improves thermal efficiency.
Heating medium selection: The heating medium can be steam, thermal oil, or hot water. According to the characteristics of the material and the drying requirements, a suitable heating medium can be selected.
Heating system structure
Jacket structure: The jacket is an important component of the heating system, which surrounds the outer wall of the cylinder and transfers heat by introducing a heating medium. The design of the jacket ensures that heat can be evenly transferred to the inner wall of the cylinder, thereby heating the material.
Hollow mixing shaft: The interior of the mixing shaft is designed to be hollow and can be filled with heating medium. This design makes the stirring shaft itself a heating surface, further increasing the heat transfer area. During the rotation of the stirring shaft, not only does it stir the material, but it also transfers heat, achieving uniform heating of the material.
