Product Description

Vacuum tank: It is a jacket wall heat transfer type, and its upper part is equipped with a vacuum filtration interface (connected to a mixed heat stainless steel sintering vacuum filter), a material inlet (used for vacuum feeding of liquid materials), a manhole (used for equipment maintenance and solid material input), a heat medium inlet and outlet, a temperature gauge pipe mouth, a pressure gauge pipe mouth, etc.

Working principle

Heating mechanism: The heating medium, such as 0.1-0.3Mpa steam, thermal oil, or hot water, is mainly introduced through a jacket to transfer heat to the interior of the dryer, indirectly heating the material. Heat is transferred from the jacket to the surface of the material in contact with the jacket, allowing the moisture in the material to obtain energy and begin to vaporize.

Mixing and updating: The rotating shaft drives the rake teeth to rotate forward and backward, continuously pushing the material towards the middle and both ends inside the dryer. During the rotation of the shaft, the stainless steel rod between the rake teeth continuously moves up and down, vibrating the material adhered to the wall and crushing the clumped material, ensuring timely renewal of the heat transfer surface and accelerating heat and mass transfer.

Vacuum dehydration: Start the vacuum pump to achieve a vacuum degree of 50-90kPa in the dryer. In a vacuum environment, the moisture in the material is more easily vaporized, and the vaporized moisture can be promptly extracted by the vacuum system, accelerating the drying process.

Structural composition

Shell: It is usually composed of an inner liner and an outer jacket. The contact part between the inner liner and the material is generally made of SUS304 (06Cr18Ni9) stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance and hygiene; The outer jacket is generally made of carbon steel material and is used to accommodate the heating medium.

Rotating shaft and rake teeth: The rotating shaft is a solid stainless steel SUS304 shaft, and the rake teeth are made of high-strength cast stainless steel SUS304 material. There are two basic forms of rake teeth, left and right, which are divided into irregular and blade types. Adjacent rake teeth have a 90 degree difference in orientation, and irregular rake teeth are installed at both ends of the shaft, while blade type rake teeth are installed at the rest.
