Product Description

The rake type Vacuum Dryer is particularly suitable for drying heat sensitive materials, materials that are prone to oxidation at high temperatures, materials that are prone to hardening during drying, and materials that require the recovery of steam discharged during drying. After drying, the material is in powder form, so it is more suitable for finished products in powder form. After drying, it can be directly packaged without crushing.

Operation process

Start the heating system: Set the appropriate heating temperature according to the properties and drying requirements of the material, start the heating system, and raise the temperature inside the dryer.

Open the vacuum system: Open the valve of the vacuum system, evacuate the interior of the dryer, and gradually reduce the internal pressure. During the process of vacuuming, it is important to observe the reading on the vacuum gauge to ensure that the vacuum level meets the specified requirements.

Add materials: When the internal temperature and vacuum degree of the dryer reach the requirements, slowly open the feeding port and add the materials to be dried into the dryer. When adding materials, be careful to avoid splashing them to avoid affecting the drying effect.

Start the Mixer: Start the mixer to evenly distribute the material inside the dryer and accelerate the drying speed. The speed of the mixer should be adjusted according to the properties and drying requirements of the material to avoid clumping or damage.

Monitoring the drying process: During the drying process, it is necessary to regularly monitor the temperature, humidity, vacuum degree and other parameters of the material, as well as the operating status of the dryer, such as the heating system, vacuum system, etc. If any abnormal situation is found, measures should be taken promptly for handling.

Unloading: After the material is dried to the specified humidity requirement, turn off the heating system and vacuum system. After the internal temperature of the dryer decreases, open the unloading port and unload the dried material. When unloading, be careful to avoid moisture or contamination of the material.
