Working principle

Mechanical impact type: After the material enters through the feeding port at the bottom of the machine body, it is dispersed by the hammer on the rotor and scattered around the stator, entering the crushing zone composed of the rotor and stator. The high-speed rotation of the rotor generates air vortices, and materials collide with each other under the action of air vortices and centrifugal force, while shearing and grinding occur between the rotor and stator, achieving ultrafine grinding.

Airflow type: Compressed air is filtered and dried, and then sprayed into the crushing chamber at high speed through a Laval nozzle. At the intersection of multiple high-pressure airflows, the material is repeatedly collided, rubbed, and sheared to be crushed. The crushed material rises to the classification zone under the suction of the fan. Under the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated. The fine particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator and Dust Collector for collection, and the coarse particles return to the crushing zone for further crushing.

Heavy pressure grinding type: The grinding wheel inside the silo rotates and revolves, and applies a mixed force mainly based on heavy pressure grinding and supplemented by shear principle to crush the material to a certain fineness, which can reach the ultrafine powder standard or even higher fineness without damaging the material, and the working temperature inside the silo is relatively low.

Vibration type: Stainless steel bars are used as the grinding medium, and a motor is used to drive a vibrator to cause high-frequency circular vibration in the crushing chamber, driving the grinding medium to strike, shear, and grind the materials inside the chamber.

Structural composition

Column crushing chamber: It is a place where materials are crushed, providing space for the crushing process. For example, in a grinding ultrafine crusher, the material is crushed and sheared by grinding wheels in a cylindrical crushing chamber.

Grinding wheel and grinding track: The grinding wheel moves in a circular motion along the grinding track, crushing and shearing the material entering the cylindrical crushing chamber to achieve material crushing.

Fan: generates negative pressure airflow to bring the crushed material out of the crushing chamber and into the material collection system.

Ultra fine crusher fan

Material collection system: including cyclone separator, dust collector, filter bag, etc., used to collect crushed materials, discharge air, and achieve separation between materials and air.

Characteristic

High fineness: The material can be crushed to the micrometer or even nanometer level. Plant fibers can reach 8-20 μ m (d98), and hard and brittle materials can reach 1-5 μ m (d98).

Low energy consumption: Compared to some traditional Crushing Equipment, ultrafine crushers have relatively low energy consumption while achieving ultrafine crushing, which can effectively reduce production costs.

Wide applicability: Widely used in various industries such as traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, pesticides, biology, cosmetics, food, feed, chemical industry, ceramics, etc., it can handle materials with various properties such as fiber, high toughness, high hardness, and heat sensitivity.

No dust pollution: Equipment usually has good sealing performance, which can effectively prevent dust leakage during the crushing process, reduce dust pollution, and improve the working environment.

Easy to operate: Some ultrafine crushers have functions such as automatic screw feeding, parameter visualization, and formula programming, making the operation simple and easy to use.

 

Application Area 

Pharmaceutical industry: Chinese medicinal materials, Western medicine raw materials, etc. can be crushed into ultrafine powders to increase the surface area of drugs, improve drug dissolution and bioavailability, facilitate drug absorption, and can also be used to prepare nanomedicine.

Food industry: Ultra fine grinding of food raw materials such as grains, beans, fruits and vegetables can improve the taste, nutritional value, digestion and absorption rate of food, and can also be used to develop new food additives, functional foods, etc.
