Working principle
Vacuum low-temperature drying: Using a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture, the working chamber is in a vacuum state. Under vacuum conditions, the boiling point of the material solution decreases, and water is more easily evaporated. The drying purpose can be achieved at lower temperatures, avoiding material decomposition, polymerization, and deterioration at high temperatures. It is gentler than conventional heating drying.
Microwave radiation assistance: For non-volatile materials, microwave radiation technology can be used to allow microwave energy to enter the interior of the object to regulate molecular motion, generate electromagnetic wave energy, increase the movement of water molecules, and accelerate water evaporation.
Sublimation of moist substances: In a vacuum state, when moist substances come into contact with air, water molecules immediately evaporate to form water vapor, and the air flows towards the outlet of the dryer at a relatively low speed, achieving the sublimation of moist substances.
Structural composition
Vacuum box: including inner liner, insulation layer, outer wall, door body, and sealing components. The inner liner is usually made of 304 stainless steel sheet rolled and tightly welded with a DC argon arc welding machine, and reinforced with channel steel to ensure compressive strength; The insulation layer is generally filled with aluminum silicate insulation cotton, which has good insulation performance; The outer wall is formed by pressing stainless steel plates and welded to the outside of the inner liner, which plays a role in aesthetics and ease of cleaning; The door body is formed by one-time stamping, equipped with dual mirrors, and the sealing element is made of special silicone rubber, which is resistant to high temperature, high pressure, and flexible in opening and closing.
Rack: Used to support the entire equipment and ensure its stability.
Drying rack: Made of stainless steel square tubes welded together, used to support the drying tray for easy operation by workers.
Heating system: Generally made of stainless steel coils, it has the advantages of fast heating speed, long service life, and good sealing.
Vacuum system: mainly composed of vacuum pumps, etc., it achieves a vacuum state inside the box by extracting air and moisture, realizing the vacuum drying of materials.
Control system: It can control and monitor parameters such as temperature and vacuum degree during the drying process, ensuring the stability and reliability of the drying process.
Characteristic
High drying efficiency: In a vacuum environment, the evaporation rate of material moisture is accelerated, and the drying time is shortened, which can effectively improve production efficiency.
Good material quality: Low temperature drying avoids the problems of deterioration, discoloration, and denaturation of heat sensitive materials at high temperatures, and can maintain the original quality of the materials. The dried product can form a porous structure with good solubility, rehydration, color, and taste.
Significant energy-saving effect: Due to the lower drying temperature and increased heat transfer driving force of the evaporator, it can save the heat transfer area of the evaporator and reduce energy consumption.
Wide applicability: Suitable for drying materials that are sensitive to heat, prone to oxidation, contain solvents, and require solvent recovery. It is widely used in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, electronics, and agriculture.
Compliant with GMP requirements: Disinfection treatment can be carried out before drying, and no impurities are mixed in during the drying process, meeting the relevant requirements of drug production quality management standards.
Application Area
Pharmaceutical industry: used for drying of drugs, such as raw materials, traditional Chinese medicine extracts, tablets, capsules, etc., to ensure drug quality and stability.
Food industry: It can dry candied fruits, soy sauce, flour, milk powder, dehydrated vegetables and other foods to extend their shelf life, maintain their color, aroma and nutritional content.
Chemical industry: used for drying various chemical raw materials, pigments, resins, engineering plastics, electronic materials, etc., to improve the quality and performance of chemical products.
Agricultural breeding industry: Efficient drying treatment of agricultural products such as vegetables, fruits, and tea for easy storage and transportation.
Environmental protection industry: can be used for evaporation and recovery of wastewater, waste liquid, and exhaust gas, achieving resource recycling and environmental protection.
