This machine makes damp granule into beautiful pellet by setting rotating centrifugal disk, blower, and pneumatic nozzle. Feed damp granule into rotating centrifugal disk, start fan then start rotating centrifugal disk. It can make the damp granule in float and circle by the air from gap, rotating centrifugal strength and itself gravity, appear circle rope-turning movement and become high-degree ball shape pellet.
Working Principle
Based on centrifugal force ejection and kinetic energy impact: a Spherical Shot Blasting machine applied in casting, forging, automotive, aerospace and other fields. The pellets enter the pellet wheel from the storage hopper and are evenly distributed to the high-speed rotating impeller blades. The impeller speed is usually 2000-4000 RPM. The pellets are accelerated along the blades under the action of centrifugal force and finally ejected at a speed of 60-100m/s (about 200-360km/h). The directional sleeve controls the projectile ejection angle to concentrate and impact the surface of the workpiece. The oxide scale, rust layer, sand residue, etc. on the surface of the workpiece are removed by the projectile impact for cleaning, or the metal surface is subjected to plastic deformation, forming a compressive stress layer and improving fatigue life.
Using various forces to make particles into balls: The spherical shot blasting machine applied in the fields of pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, etc. generally sets a turntable in a cylindrical container, with a gap between the turntable and the inner wall of the container. Wet particles are put into a rotating centrifugal disk, and after starting the blower, the rotating centrifugal disk is started to make the wet particles move in a circular rope like shape under the buoyancy of the air in the gap, the centrifugal force of rotation, and their own gravity, thus forming highly spherical pellets.
Structural Composition
Shot blasting device: including a first motor, a rotating disc, and a blowing pipe, etc. The first motor is set on the lower surface of the lower tank body, and its output shaft penetrates the lower tank body and is connected to the lower surface of the rotating disc. There is a gap between the outer edge of the rotating disc and the connecting sleeve, and the blowing pipe is used to provide airflow.
Discharge device: including discharge shell, discharge pipe, and blocking mechanism, etc. There is usually a certain angle between the central axis of the discharge pipe and the radial line of the upper tank body to improve discharge efficiency.
Installation device: composed of an upper tank body, a first connecting sleeve, a second connecting sleeve, a first connecting frame, and a second connecting frame, etc., used to connect and fix various components of the shot blasting machine.
Liquid supply, powder supply, and air supply systems: In spherical shot blasting machines used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, these systems provide necessary liquid and powder materials, as well as control air flow to ensure the shaping effect of particles.
