The
Triple-effect Evaporator can recover chemical components from industrial wastewater. Since wastewater containing chemical substances is very destructive to water, soil and air, recovering these chemicals greatly reduces the pollution of wastewater. For example, sodium sulfate can be extracted from wastewater.
The
evaporator recovers sodium sulfate. First, the material enters the condensate preheater for preheating. After preheating, the material enters one, two, and three-effect evaporation, evaporation, concentration and crystallization. After meeting the conditions, it is discharged. Then, under the action of centrifugation, the solid-liquid separation is carried out. To separate solid potassium chloride, the mother liquor is returned to the three-way separation chamber for evaporation, and the mother liquor is discharged regularly for treatment.
The raw steam enters the shell side of the first-effect heating chamber for heat exchange and evaporation. The resulting condensate is preheated in the condensate preheater and returned to the boiler room for reuse. Secondary steam enters the shell side of the evaporator. Secondary steam and condensate from the second-effect evaporator enter the shell side of the third-effect evaporator for heat transfer and evaporation. The secondary steam from the third-effect evaporator enters the indirect condenser for condensation, extraction, and further processing.
In the water treatment process, the water decontamination and water hardening treatment are separated by the triple-effect evaporator. The water in the drying equipment treatment process is in a sealed case, and the circulating water treatment from the evaporator is analyzed. In addition to the hardness of softened water, the water has strong corrosiveness, which can cause serious corrosion to the pipes of the circulating water system, heat exchange equipment, and the appearance of evaporation in the heat exchange tube air cooler.
