MVR Evaporator through a pump. In the heat exchanger, the pharmaceutical industry wastewater is subjected to cyclic heating, evaporation, concentration and other treatments using steam. The distilled water obtained is refluxed to the preheater for preheating the original solution; The obtained concentrated liquid and steam enter the liquid gas separator, and the separated steam enters the compressor through the liquid gas separator. The separated concentrated liquid is directly refluxed to the collection tank, and useful substances can be recovered by processing the concentrated liquid.
Many production fields generate wastewater containing a large amount of inorganic salts, such as sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, sodium carbonate, etc. These inorganic salts have always been one of the challenges in wastewater treatment. If the inorganic salts in the wastewater are recovered, they can be used as raw materials in the production process, save costs, avoid resource waste, and avoid environmental pollution, achieving resource recycling.
