1. Check all bearings and seals of the dryer for loose connections.
2. Check the lubrication status of all mechanical parts and ensure all water, air, and slurry pipe valves are in the correct positions.
3. Ensure all pipe connections are properly sealed to prevent unheated air from entering the drying chamber.
4. Check that doors and observation windows are closed and leak-free.
5. Check that the centrifugal fan is rotating in the correct direction.
6. Check that the regulating butterfly valve at the centrifugal fan outlet is open. Do not close the valve completely, as this will damage the electric heater and air inlet pipe. This is crucial.
7. Check that the feed pump connection is secure and that the motor and pump are rotating in the correct direction.
8. Check that the area at the top of the drying chamber where the spray nozzles are located is properly covered to prevent leaks.
9. Check that the atomizer lubricating oil cooling pipe joints are securely connected and that the cooling water is turned on.
Then, turn on the power and check if the voltage and instruments are normal. Finally, check the amount and concentration of slurry in the mixing tank. If any problems are found, they should be rectified in time.
