1. Maintain a suitable temperature: Since different materials and their moisture content require different drying temperatures, the general inlet flue gas temperature for a double cone
Rotary vacuum dryer is 600–800℃, and the outlet exhaust gas temperature is 80–120℃, depending on the material type and moisture content.
2. Do not arbitrarily change the temperature: Sometimes, due to rapid material feeding, the temperature inside the drum may be relatively low. In this case, do not arbitrarily increase the temperature of the
Hot Air Furnace. Adjust the feed rate according to the moisture content of the dried material, or open the damper of the induced draft fan to prevent the material inside the drum from igniting. Additionally, if the moisture content of the discharged material is too high and drying is insufficient, do not adjust the temperature; instead, open the damper of the induced draft fan wider to ensure more thorough contact between the material and the air.
3. Control of Outlet Temperature: If the outlet temperature of the SZG series double cone rotary
Vacuum Dryer is too low (below approximately 55℃), condensation will occur, causing condensation inside the electrostatic precipitator, resulting in "discharge and creepage" phenomena, reducing dust removal efficiency, corroding the internal plates and wires of the electrostatic precipitator, causing vibration of the fan impeller, and exacerbating fan damage. Therefore, when using the SZG series double cone rotary vacuum dryer, the outlet temperature must be controlled at a suitable temperature to achieve the ideal drying effect.
