Because the material is micronized and highly dispersed due to centrifugal force, shearing, collision and friction, and the relative velocity between gas and solid is relatively large, heat and mass transfer is enhanced, resulting in high production intensity of the machine.
Drying gas enters the bottom of the dryer, generating a strong rotating airflow that strongly washes and carries away the material on the wall, eliminating the phenomenon of sticking to the wall.
In the high-temperature zone at the bottom of the dryer, heat-sensitive materials do not come into direct contact with the hot surface, thus solving the problem of coking and discoloration of heat-sensitive materials.

The drying chamber is equipped with swirl vanes to control the moisture content of the material to an extremely low level.
