Working Principle:

The Swing Granulator mainly uses an electric motor to drive the reducer, causing the sieve or rotating drum in the granulation chamber to oscillate back and forth. The material gradually solidifies and forms particles through the sieve holes as it swings and compresses within the sieve or drum. By adjusting the aperture, swing amplitude, and rotation speed of the sieve, the size and shape of the particles can be precisely controlled.

Structural Composition

Feed inlet: used for feeding powdered or block shaped materials to be granulated.

Sieve: Responsible for material screening and granulation. Sieves with different mesh sizes can produce particles of different sizes, and are easy to assemble and disassemble with adjustable tightness.

Granulation room: It is the main place for material granulation, usually composed of a rotor and a sieve. The swinging motion of the rotor squeezes the raw materials into granules.

Electric motor and reducer: As a power source, the electric motor provides power, and the reducer converts the high-speed rotational motion of the electric motor into low-speed motion suitable for the swinging of the screen or drum, to drive the screen or drum to oscillate back and forth.

Rack: Used to support the entire equipment and ensure its stability during operation.
