A dual effect
evaporator is an efficient evaporation device mainly used to evaporate solvents (usually water) from a solution, in order to achieve the purpose of concentrating the solution or obtaining pure solvents. It consists of two evaporators, using the secondary steam generated by the first effect evaporator as the heat source for the second effect evaporator, realizing the cascade utilization of heat, thereby improving energy utilization efficiency and reducing energy consumption. This design fully utilizes the latent heat of steam and reduces the demand for external fresh steam.
