Working principle
Gear plate impact type: Utilizing the high-speed relative motion between the movable gear plate and the fixed gear plate, the crushed material is crushed through a combination of gear impact, friction, and material impact with each other. After the material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding port, it is impacted by the high-speed rotating movable hammer body, and is crushed by the collision between the gear ring and the material. With the help of the airflow, the crushed material enters the powder bag through the sieve holes.
Hammer type: It is a tangential feed hammer type crusher, in which the high-speed rotating hammer exerts strong impact and shear on the material input. After the material enters the crushing chamber, it will immediately be hit and cut by the high-speed rotating hammer, causing it to quickly decompose into smaller particles.
Structural composition
Rack: As the supporting structure of the entire equipment, it is made of high-strength materials to ensure the stability and safety of the equipment during high-speed operation.
Crushing chamber: located inside the frame, it is the main place for material crushing operations. The interior is smooth without dead corners, making it easy for materials to flow and be crushed smoothly.
